Hi everyone,
    Since this is the month of Love I have create a layout to celebrate that. This kit is called YOU HAVE MY HEART and is themed around Valentimnes day. If you don't have photos of the love of your life then the layout would suit pics of your children, grandchildren or any other treasured person in your life.

The colouring of the kit is Black, Pink and Red with a splash of grey here and there. Although red and pink are an unusual combination, they work together well in this particular paper set. A giant heart creates a frame around some of the photos.                                                                                                                          

                      

To embellish the layout you will make flowers using heart shapes. This is such a cute technique to add to any layout where you want to use flowers....you are sure to try it again.                                        

Included in the kit are some beautiful diamante letter sliders, just to add a little bling to the page.

    So 2012 is in full swing and I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with lots of rest and relaxation. The first kit for the year focuses around that exactly with the layout being called LAZY DAYS of SUMMER. I managed to capture some lovely photos of Courtney reading while relaxing in the summer air.

 The paper has a beautiful gentle summer feel to it with the soft turquoise and pale orange being the dominant colours.

I've used a paper doilie to create an interesting accent, duplicating the printed patterns on the paper.

I have used an exciting inteactive technique which allows you to scroll through your photos by pulling on a tab.  I have also included instuctions on how to adapt your album sleeve so the pull tab can be used when the page is in your album



I'm sure you find this technique a fun challenge and make use of it in other layouts and greeting cards too.

Can you believe we are nearing the end of the year again. This year definitely has whizzed by and I can say for certain that I haven't had enough time for scrapping.


This months kit is called LIVE*LAUGH*LOVE and is an easy, uncomplicated layout allowing for 6 photos themed around special times and people.


Colouring is bright and fresh and the printed swirly bird continues the fun theme.

Check out this cute lacing detail, adding interest to the layout.


The title is preprinted, all you have to do is cut and mount.

Hi Everyone,
I've got something a little different this month. My newest kit is a chipboard album that you create from scratch. The theme is HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS and included in the kit is a fantastic die-cut sheet that emphasizes the theme. The colours are bright and fun.


I have made use of photos of my newly built house but the theme would allow you to easily add in photos with people, especially since it is the people that make a house a home!

You will create each page yourself from the predraw chipboard sheet I have included.
If you have never used FIMO oven baking clay before, you are in for some fun. I have included a piece of Fimo in each kits from which you will create some clay tiles and accent hearts. It is a super product to work with and the results look fantastic.

Sanding is used throughout the album to create a distressed look and to contrast the very bright colours of the papers.

Although I have included detailed instructions, this is the sort of kit that you can be creative with. Feel free to change and rearrange things as you prefer leaving you with a great coffee table piece or a special gift for someone.

This month's kit is called REMEMBER. This double page layout theme is very open allowing you to use just about any photos. I loved the papers when I saw them and I thought the green and black was so unusual. The layout can accomodate 5 photos in varying sizes and although I am generally not into much journaling, I decided to make journaling a significant feature on the layout.

Techniques included in the layout are distressing (which I'm sure by now you all know I love) and some wrapping. The ring on the first page has been wrapped with black and white cord.

Hi there,

Look what's new! My latest kit is called MUSIC TO MY SOUL. The layout is themed around music but that does not limit your photos to that theme. Any photos of someone special could be used. The colours in the layout are Rasberry, Black and Beige and would be suitable for both both male and female pics.

I have cropped the photos into an unusual vertical size emphasizing them. The trumper draws attention to the large title and the cluster design on the left adds interest.

Paper pleating adds to the interest too and the punched music notes add a fun element.

Hi there,

This months kit is called TIMELESS and it is a double page layout focusing on the theme of time. It would be perfect for heritage photos but since I don't have many heritage photos, I used my favourite subjects, as usual :) If you don't have heritage photo, then just have your pics printed in black and white or sepia.


The large clock die-cut perfectly emphasizes the time theme and the envelope, scrolls and embelishment details add to the heritage feel of the page

In addition to creating the ribbon roses ( as was seen in my previous kit also) you will create 3 dimensional tiles which will form part of the title.

Another interesting technique included in this layout is the concertina folding which forms a border on the left of the layout giving the impression of the page being pulled open.

The embellishment details help carry the theme.
